THE FOUNDER

Ksenia Gordienko

Founder & Managing Director · Executive Producer

Ksenia brings 15 years of experience across animation, media distribution, brand licensing and consumer products.

Before founding Creative Minds Consulting, she led the animation department and franchise business at CTC Media, where she held commercial responsibility across content, media, licensing and retail. She has also worked with global studios such as Warner Bros, Cartoon Network, 20th Century Fox, and Dreamworks.

Through Creative Minds Consulting, Ksenia worked with Abu Dhabi Entertainment Company (wholly owned by Mubadala) on commercial advisory relating to the Mansour IP in 2024.

She holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD. Today, she works with studios and rights owners across international markets.
